Inspired by Japanese bento, the new dining experience invites guests to artfully craft their own bento box, creating a tasty and social repast that can be personalized for every guest.

A culinary adventure through Asia awaits diners, with the flavors of Thailand, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and India artfully prepared to encourage guests' Bento discovery. For $48, diners can choose six small plates, each contained in a beautifully crafted bento box. Featured dishes include Pad Thai Gungsot prepared with rice noodles, sweet chili sauce and shrimp; Blackened Albacore Tuna Tataki drizzled with garlic-soy reduction, chili aioli, and shitake chips; and Malai Murgh cooked with chicken morsels marinated with cream cheese, cardamom and cashew nut.

For those who want to dine outside the bento box, MOzen Bistro offers a menu of small plates to share ranging from $7-10. Larger entrées of MOzen Bistro favorites including classics from the East such as Thai Green Curry, Murgh Makhani and the Royal Tandoori Platter and classics from the West including Angus Tenderloin, Pan-fried Sea Bass and Truffle Chicken Consommé are also available ranging from $16-40.
