Guests can take in sweeping water and city views at the sleek pool setting, which features an elevated pool deck and vibrant red and orange sun loungers. Whimsical sails and white umbrellas serve as shade and respite for guests, providing an ideal spot to sip refreshing tropical cocktails and smoothies. Complementing the hotel's infinity-edge swimming pool is a private white sand beach, Oasis Pool Café and jacuzzi. With its extended new leisure facilities, the hotel is launching a Sunday Brunch at the pool and beach area beginning on Sunday 02 December from 11:30am to 3:30pm and held on Sundays thereafter. The glamorous brunch will feature a lavish menu, Pommery champagne and sultry jazz music in a stunning outdoor setting. The brunch menu includes made-to-order omelette and egg station, carving station, sushi, fresh salads, exotic fresh fruit, delicious bakery items and a selection of tempting pastries by Pastry Chef Frederic Monnet. A fresh seafood presentation including shrimp cocktail and stone crab claws will complete the incredible menu. It's the perfect location to spend the day by the pool and beach on a leisurely Sunday afternoon.
