Hand-selected by Wine Director Annie Turso, rare vintages and extraordinary new bottles from around the world will be introduced to guests during these exclusive dinners. Each of the featured wines and champagnes will be paired with an exquisite four-course menu from Chef de Cuisine, Angie Berry. Asiate's fare captures the best elements of contemporary cuisine and combines it with seasonal ingredients for a presentation that delights the senses. An expansive “wall of wine” greets diners at the restaurant's entrance with a selection of 1,350 vintages that has been curated by Annie Turso, who not only directs the wine collection, but also develops pairing menus and oversees the staff's knowledge of wines and wine service.

•22 October 2013 – Seventh generation Antoine Roland Billecart introduces sublime champagnes from Billecart-Salmon, one of Champagne's few remaining family-owned houses

•4 November 2013 – Host Vincent Pages, Brand Director USA for Dom Perignon, shares a selection of the house's exceptional vintages, including Dom Perignon Blanc and Rosé

•2 December 2013 – Sonoma County's unofficial “Queen of Pinot Noir” Merry Edwards guides guests through her renowned line-up of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
