Mandarin Oriental, Paris Celebrates Fashion with Glamorous Gala
During the chic party entitled J'aime la MOde, guests were treated to a delightful presentation of the collection ‘Street Fashion' by the Parisian Fashion School ESMOD PARIS in the garden and Bar 8. The menu “Street Food” was designed by the hotel's two-Michelin-starred Chef Thierry Marx, while music was provided by renowned French sound designer Ariel Wizman and jazz singer China Moses. The urban artists, Snake and Mambo, entertained the guests with a “Graffiti art” show.

“We are delighted to collaborate with the talented students from ESMOD PARIS. Their collection – modern, glamorous and surprising – perfectly embodies the spirit of Mandarin Oriental, Paris” said Philippe Leboeuf, General Manager / Area Vice President, Operations Mandarin Oriental. “This is the second year we have hosted the J'aime la MOde party, which we hope will become a regular annual rendezvous around fashion and creation.”

Located on rue Saint-Honoré, one of the most fashionable streets in the world, surrounded by haute couture and only a few steps away from the city's famous attractions, the red carpet event drew a stellar crowd. Celebrities included: Clotilde, HRH The Princess of Savioa, fashion designers Kenzo Takada, Gustavo Lins, Chantal Thomass and Christophe Josse, actor Vincent Perez and his wife Karine Silla, actresses Gabriella Wright and Alice Taglioni, Sidney Tolédano, General Manager of Christian Dior Couture, Thierry Oriez, General Manager of Christofle, and Daniel Tribouillard, General Manager of Léonard.
