Fans of speed, sports and glamour will be delighted as it extends the sizzling action from the race circuit to its world-class entertainment, nightlife hotspots, celebrity chef restaurants and retail mall.

For the first time, the Skating Rink located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands will be converted into a live broadcast studio for fans to experience the Grand Prix™ Finale with FOX Sports' live telecast. The Raceday Studio Live will air on 21 September at 7pm with the station's entire cast and crew, including host Paula Malai Ali and former Ferrari aerodynamicist Alpesh Patel, followed by the Chequered Flag Studio Live after the Final Race at 8pm.

Join in the exhilaration with the highly anticipated Bacchanalia Brunch, held this year at Marina Bay Sands on 20 September. Since March 2012, the Bacchanalia Brunch Series has taken Singapore by storm, completely revolutionizing Asia's daytime brunch scene.

With champagne flowing, delicious canapés prepared by Marina Bay Sands' own culinary team and addictive beats by local and international DJ talents such as Stephen Day (UK), Seng Wei (SG), and DJ Modium (AUS), this party promises to deliver an afternoon of non-stop entertainment. Culinary extravaganza throughout September

September promises to be a continuous whirl of action at Marina Bay Sands with the second edition of food and wine fair Epicurean Market to be held on 12-14 September 2014 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre as part of the Formula One™ celebratory offerings.

Guests to Epicurean Market will get to savour exquisite dishes and fine wines from over 65 restaurants, wineries and leading brands, expand their culinary knowledge through master classes and indulge in a market brimming with fresh produce.

Award-winning chefs David Thompson of Long Chim and Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin will join their Singaporean contemporary Justin Quek of Sky on 57 in the line-up. Other renowned chefs making an appearance and giving master classes include Mozza's Nancy Silverton, recipient of the 2014 James Beard Foundation's coveted 'Outstanding Chef' award, and David Myers, award-winning chef and restaurateur from Los Angeles. Besides the three-day event, celebrity chef restaurants Waku Ghin, Mozza, Sky on 57 and db Bistro Moderne will be hosting special dinners throughout the month of September.

On 9 September, Waku Ghin will be hosting a Sake dinner that will feature 11 sake masters from the association Frontier Tojo 21. Representing the most revered breweries in Japan with unparalleled status in the world of sake, the masters will present their famous brews for the first time outside of Japan. Sake aficionados will get to savour exquisite and rare sake throughout the night such as the Juyondai, KokuRyu and Isojiman. This follows a Sake Tasting Session in the afternoon by the same association at ArtScience Museum.

On 15 September, the sommeliers from db Bistro Moderne (Alvin Gho) and Osteria Mozza (Han Yew Kong) will be going head to head in the inaugural Sommelier Challenge. Each sommelier will be offering wine pairing to accompany the multi-course menus created for this Challenge – guests will vote for the best overall pairing and crown the winner. Held in two parts, the Challenge continues at Osteria Mozza on 22 September.

On 16 September, chef David Myers, who will be helming a new restaurant at Marina Bay Sands in 2015, will be pairing up with Executive Chef Jonathan Kinsella from db Bistro Moderne for a wine dinner featuring Myers' creative take on American cuisine. On 17 September, Nancy Silverton from Osteria Mozza will be presenting a special wine dinner featuring classic Italian dishes.

During the Grand Prix™ weekend, Waku Ghin will also open its doors for a special lunch that features a special 6-course degustation menu, available at S$250++. For guests who prefer to take away a meal and immerse in the race fanfare outdoors, Pizzeria Mozza offers a takeaway Picnic Box which features a choice of two antipasti, a salad, a pizza and two desserts. The picnic box, priced at S$80+, is perfect for couples to enjoy the outdoor festivities.

Catch the trackside action from a bird's eye view at Sky on 57, located on the Sands SkyPark against the scenic backdrop of the beautiful city skyline. Guests can enjoy the beautiful outdoors at the restaurant's West Terrace with live screening of the F1 race over a selection of canapés and a bottle of Magnum sized Champagne for a group of five guests at S$988++ on 21 September. In the days leading up to race day from 15 – 21 September, Chef Justin Quek from Sky on 57 will be presenting the F1 Gastronomic Menu featuring an exquisite six-course dinner at S$188++ and a F1 Bespoke Menu for S$250++ per person.

Cultural respite

Amid the race fanfare, visitors can head to ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands for a cultural respite. As part of the season of Art and Science of Photography, ArtScience Museumpresents two unique photography exhibitions during the F1 period. Flux Realities: A Showcase of Chinese Contemporary Photography showcases the works of seven Chinese contemporary artists - Wang Qing Song, Yang Yongliang, Wei Bi, Zhang Dali, Liu Xiaofang,

Maleonn (Ma Liang) and Wang Ningde. The exhibition highlights each artist's individualistic artistic approach and personal experience of China's modernisation process. Annie Leibovitz A Photographer's Life 1990-2005 features close to 200 photographs of the American photographer's personal and public work. 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix ticket holders will get to enjoy 15 per cent off standard price ticket.

Exhibition visitors can also join the complimentary guided tours for Flux Realities and Annie Leibovitz, or take part in a series of interactive workshops and activities during the F1 weekend. Participate in the Darkroom Developments demonstration, where the process of developing negatives from 35mm film is presented by a professional photographer. They can also learn to develop photographs using traditional darkroom techniques and equipment at the From Negative to Print workshop.
