Mezzaluna strives to create a welcoming, comfortable ambience for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. “Here we creating modern and innovative dishes by using carefully selected products which we enhanced by state-of-the art cooking techniques. With the new concept, we all will create a new culinary experience, which includes a beautifully executed cuisine, an unparalleled wine program, gracious hospitality and a glamorous setting. At Mezzaluna we seek to excite, inspire, and transport guests for memorable evenings.

Our seasonally-inspired menus are re-designed on a daily basis. Guests are offered the choice of two menu formats; an exquisite three-course menu is complemented by a more elaborate six-course chef's tasting menu with optional wine pairings. Both provide a thoughtfully choreographed culinary experience. We focus on using seasonal products to provide the best quality of each season.”

From February 17th, 2011, guests will enjoy the new dining concept at Mezzaluna, which will be open Tuesday through Sunday and continue to feature a live classical quartet.

We all have worked together as a team to create dishes and blend tastes together that will surprise, and delight, your palate,” said Mathias Sühring, who along with his brother has extensive Michelin star experience at leading international restaurants and hotels. “When guests experience the new Mezzaluna, they will be in for a true culinary experience – with not only the delicious new food creations, but also the new art-inspired presentations, and even new staff uniforms,” adds Thomas Sühring.

“We are bringing the best to guests here at Mezzaluna. Our new menu features the quality ingredients from all over the world, such as Ossetra caviar, Nova Scotia lobster, Japanese Mackerel, and Rhone lamb, just to name a few, combined with the outstanding products from the royal projects of northern Thailand," adds Deepak Ohri, Chief Executive Officer of lebua Hotels & Resorts. "Not only the taste will be different but also the appearance. We have imported sculpture-inspired dining ware to display the food as if it were fine art. We have also launched a design contest to find the restaurant's new frontline staff outfits, with top aspiring Thai designers competing,” he adds.

The new menu will be served in Mezzaluna's elegant dining room with panoramic views over Bangkok and the Chao Praya River from its 65th floor setting at the Dome at lebua Bangkok's finest collection of luxury restaurants and bars.
