Miami's Delano Hotel Introduces New Signature Restaurant: BIANCA
Chef Brian Massie, a native New Yorker, acts as BIANCA's Corporate Executive Chef. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Massie has trained with mentors such as famed Chef Lidia Bastianich and restaurateur Charlie Palmer, in addition to participating in an apprenticeship with Gualtiero Marchesi, a pioneer in Italian cuisine at his Bella Vista Vineyards in Erbusco.

BIANCA offers an inventive Italian menu featuring local, farm-to-table organic ingredients as a participant in the Slow Food movement; an international not-for-profit network committed to improving the way food is produced and distributed. BIANCA's simple, yet savory cuisine will include signature dishes, such as imported Langoustines that are wood-grilled and seasoned with Amalfi lemons and Truffle Agnolotti; and house made pasta along with fresh Peidmonte truffles, shaved tableside, all served in a light Parmesan sauce. Entrée's include Branzino, Snapper and an all-natural NY Sirloin. Patrons also have the opportunity to pair their meal with BIANCA's carefully selected wines and specialty cocktails.

BIANCA's stylish and sophisticated interior design by Sam Robin, Inc. complements the essence of its light and fresh fare. With four distinct areas to dine and drink, including the main dining room, lounge, veranda and lobby, BIANCA offers a variety of settings to satisfy every occasion. White walls juxtaposed by natural wood and refreshing green tones create an invigorating spin on the restaurant's smooth atmosphere. BIANCA features extraordinary design elements, including its antique pillars imported from Southeast Asia, in addition to traditional Italian furniture with a contemporary twist. The windows are flanked with natural wood blinds covered by gold linen drapes to allow an open and airy feel for guests enabling them to be part of the glitz and glamour of the iconic Delano. Joining Bianca will be Umi Sushi & Sake Bar, a communal dining experience featuring sushi classics by chef Brian Massie. Delano's Rose Bar is being re-introduced after a brief cosmetic face-lift, dusting off the old design and including richer fabrics and colors, all adding to the allure of the famed space. Delano's water salon is being transformed to Delano Beach Club, and the new subterranean lounge, aptly named FDR, after the hotel's presidential namesake, serves as a prerequisite to every high-energy night in South Beach.

BIANCA is open for dinner from 7pm to 11:30pm daily, breakfast from 7am to 11:30am and lunch from 11:30am to 4pm. Bianca Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. For reservations call 305.674.5752 or visit www.delano-hotel.com.
