It has been a year of remarkable achievement for Music Concierge. The fledgling consultancy has gone from strength to strength, bringing unrivalled music knowledge and expertise to the task of creating utterly bespoke audio identities for luxury and boutique hotels across the globe. After just one year, the award-winning music consultancy has exceeded all expectations with both the size and prestige of its client list.
Music Concierge has been designing bespoke sophisticated music concepts for cutting-edge hotels such as Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives or The Lowry Hotel in Manchester - often sourcing music before it is even released - whilst also working with iconic and classic hotels such as The Connaught and Chewton Glen to bring the same level of attention to detail to the music that these properties apply to all other aspect of their guest's stay.
Creative director Rob Wood says: On both counts it has been a brilliant creative challenge to Music Concierge. On the one hand, we have been creating utterly finger-on-the-pulse playlists for contemporary hotels whilst on the other, working with iconic properties using music as a way of appealing to new guests without of course alienating their existing clientele. Quite a challenge but one we have relished! All our clients have also shown real vision in seeing that music can be as much part of their brand as the interior deign or menu. I'm particularly pleased that we are playing a small but vital role in introducing new audiences to these incredible hotel experiences.
Founded by Rob Wood, a passionate record collector since the age of nine and a respected music journalist and DJ, Music Concierge brings an impeccable and exhaustive music library, spanning 100-plus genres and three centuries, to create sophisticated soundtracks that reflect the integrity of a hotel's design and ethos. Music Concierge has strong relationships with leading DJs, musicians and record labels, as well as a network of experienced music researchers.

Dedicated to creating a signature sound for their clients brand, as well as enhancing each guests sensory experience, Music Concierge's playlists are all fully-licensed and can be timetabled and delivered remotely via broadband. In addition to designing and supplying playlists for leading properties, Music Concierge is also increasingly involved in creating and producing bespoke branded compilation CDs for luxury brands and hotel groups.
Music Concierge will be taking its place alongside British Airways and Condé Nast Traveller as partner to The Luxury Travel Fair, exclusively providing music for the event at Olympia, London on November 6th-9th. Music Concierge staff will also be taking meetings at Sleep and WTM in London during November.
