Proceeds from the fundraising dinner will go to support the American Himalayan Foundation and its Nepal Earthquake Disaster Recovery Fund.

Beginning the evening in Parallel 37 at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy an elegant cocktail reception featuring expertly crafted cocktails from Mixologist Camber Lay. Following the reception, guests will indulge in an exquisite five-course menu. From a Tuna Poke with Sun Blissed Nectarine and an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Summer Squash with Lamb Bolognese to begin the culinary journey to a Beef Cheek Ravioli with Sweet Corn to complete the experience, guests will savor the culinary delights of Chef Rotondo. Each of the five courses will be complemented by a wine, selected and paired by Parallel 37 General Manager and Level Two Sommelier Ryan Stetins.
