Nevis’ Montpelier Plantation & Beach to Reopen Oct. 8
With a spate of new activities and offerings from special packages to fitness weeks to unique culinary activities. Situated on 60 acres amidst lush tropical hills at the base of the majestic Nevis Peak, the historic resort – located on the former British Colony of Nevis – is known for its vibrant natural beauty, colonial heritage, gracious service and luxurious amenities.

Visitors to Montpelier Plantation & Beach – which recently celebrated its 50th year as a luxury hotel – enjoy a tranquil hideaway with a residential feel and rustic historic elements such as thick stonewalls, rugged cobblestones, antique accents and circular metal kettles that once distilled harvested sugar cane. Offering a unique spot to disconnect, the property is situated 750 feet above the Caribbean Sea, six miles from a secluded white sand private beach.
