Existing resorts include: Six Senses Yao Noi and Six Senses Samui in Thailand, Six Senses Con Dao and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam, Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman and Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives.

Six Senses spas are located around the globe in exotic locations including the island of Crete, aboard the Christina O yacht, Bangkok, Gstaad, Qatar, and the Etihad airport lounges in Abu Dhabi and Heathrow. New spas are opening this year in Marbella, Mykonos and Muscat.

Located adjacent to Dujiangyan's UNESCO World Heritage site and less than an hour from the city of Chengdu (one of NYT's top travel destinations for 2015), Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain is located in a sacred, mystical region known for its Giant Pandas, being the birth place of Taoism and the place where the legendary Silk Road began. The resort's 113 suites are designed in traditional village style fostering a strong sense of place that celebrates the Sichuan province's distinctive architecture and landscape design. Throughout the resort, design elements of the area's rich culture meld Six Senses' serene, light-and-space sensibility. The spa will feature locally-inspired treatments, an extensive selection of signature therapies and programs that include yoga, tai chi and meditation practices. The resort will also have an indoor screening room, outdoor cinema, a Kids' Club featuring a unique dinosaur bone dig and a variety of excursions to local attractions including Panda Valley, the ancient town of Jiezi, the Sichuan Opera, Puzhao Temple and golfing at the 18-hole Dujiangyan Qingcheng Golf Club just 15 minutes away.

Six Senses Douro Valley, Portugal

Located in Portugal's renowned northern region, an UNESCO World Heritage area and the oldest wine producing region in the world, Six Senses Douro Valley is a 20-acre, 19th century wine estate being refurbished by the acclaimed Clodagh who consulted with a feng shui master and toured the region for inspiration prior to developing her vision for the resort. Six Senses Douro Valley's 57 accommodations are made up of mindfully-appointed rooms, suites and villas with one, two and three bedrooms. The spa will celebrate the region with treatments that are grape and olive oil-based and a spa Alchemy Bar will invite guests to help custom blend their own masks and scrubs. A one-of-a-kind Forest Floating experience will also be offered where guests are guided through a meditation practice suspended from trees.

Six Senses Zil Pasyon, Seychelles

Located on the private, unspoiled island of Felicite in the Seychelles, this resort combines the island's natural, untouched beauty with the personalized, conscientious luxury and creature comforts for which Six Senses is known. The resort is located on the northern side of the island and will have an exclusive, intimate atmosphere with just 28 one-bedroom villas, 2 two-bedroom villas and a handful of private residences. The resort will showcase incredible design and architectural features including a spa built artfully among and atop the massive boulders that inhabit the island with 5 double treatment rooms. Wine tastings and cooking classes will be available as well as fishing, hiking, diving and swimming with the sea turtles. There will also be an indoor screening room and a driving range over the ocean. The Trouloulous Kids' Villa has a tree house and archeological sandpit.

Six Senses Spa Marbella is located at the charming Puente Romano Beach Resort situated in the Costa del Sol on the southern coast of Spain. The spa's design combines indigenous features with natural locally sourced materials, evoking a strong sense of place wedded to environmental commitment. Six Senses Spa Muscat is located a five-minute walk from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton managed resort and it is artfully built into the surrounding landscape of towering stone and rock cliffs of the Haijar Mountains and follows the natural progression of the wadi (valley). Housed on three levels much like an ancient Arabian fort, heavy wooden doors flank the imposing entrance that leads into a smaller entryway. The spa is comprised of a large reception area; relaxation lounge with a library, game room and a green bar serving nutritional juices and express beauty services. With 17 treatment rooms and a myriad of wet facilities such as infrared saunas, showers, ice showers, relaxation areas and hammams, the spa will entice the most discerning spa goer. In the meditation and yoga pavilions, guests can experience Six Senses newly released yogic programs and immerse themselves in reconnecting experiences through the group's expert visiting practitioners program. A private ladies only club includes a reception, gym, yoga studio, relaxation area, majalis (intimate seating/meeting area), manicure and pedicure station, double beauty room with shower, double treatment with shower, hammam and ice shower plus a well-maintained library.
