Upon arrival at the Metropolitan, guests are whisked away to the sanctuary of the spa where they are free to shower and unwind in a tranquil environment. Once they have had time to shake those post-flight jitters, the spa offers a 60-minute COMO Shambhala Massage to improve circulation and to ease muscle tension. To complete the recovery process, the spa provides a special breakfast tray, either in the COMO Shambhala Urban Escape or in the privacy of the guest's room. For those who never know how to fill the time between landing and hotel check-in, The Red Eye Package makes it easy – room access starts at 11:00 AM instead of the usual 2:00 PM.

The Red Eye Package costs £99 (approximately $155) per person; reservations must be received at least 24 hours before arrival.
