NW Florida's Pearl Hotel Unveils the Town's Only Rooftop Lounge
Overlooking the ocean, the new alfresco venue features bistro style seating and communal tables, encouraging diners to enjoy a menu of shared-plates inspired by Havana Beach Bar & Grill, the hotel's destination restaurant. The Rooftop Lounge also includes two mobile fire pits, as well as four hammocks for lounging under Florida's signature sunshine or starry skies.

“We want our guests relax at the new Rooftop Lounge during the day and enjoy bites from our new menu, and then return in the evening for a music-filled soiree with friends – and a signature Hemingway Daiquiri in hand,” said Gabrielle Testa, hotel manager at The Pearl Hotel.

With the addition of a new kitchen on the upper deck, the Rooftop Lounge menu provides a wide variety of options for brunch and dinner made with locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Highlights include Havana Dips, Gulf Fish of the Day Tacos, Stacked Burger, and Tomatillo and Halloumi Flatbread.

Additional activities at the lounge include:

• Daily happy hour offerings between 3-6 p.m.
• Live music on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at 6 p.m., featuring Panhandle-based musicians including The Courtyard Saints and Clayton Lancaster, respectively
• “Cocktails & Classics” with classic movie selections playing every Saturday through November 26
• “Sunday Funday” with board games, live Texas country tunes from Luke Langford and the 331 South Band, cocktail specials, and other activities
