Myriad operates the famed Tribeca Grill, Nobu New York City, Nobu Fifty Seven, Nobu London, Nobu Next Door, Corton, Crush Wine & Spirits, Acela Club and Daily Burger at Madison Square Garden.

Nieporent, one of America's most respected and celebrated restaurateurs, will speak to guests about new trends and developments in the restaurant industry. Joining him are Myriad Wine Director David Gordon, who will give a series of wine lectures and tastings for guests, along with Ted Rozzi, corporate chef of Myriad, who will lead a series of culinary demonstrations in the Riviera Lounge.

“Oceania Cruises' reputation for fine cuisine has intrigued me for quite some time and my team and I are excited to be part of this special sailing,” Nieporent said. “We're ready to roll up our sleeves and work with Oceania's guests, as well as sample the restaurants and dining we've heard so much about.”

The October 14 Enchanted Grandeur cruise visits Kusadasi (Ephesus), Monemvasia, Cephalonia (Argostoli), Taormina, Sorrento/Capri, an overnight in Livorno (Florence/Pisa/Tuscany), Marseille (Provence) and Monte Carlo, disembarking in Civitavecchia (Rome) on October 24.

“It's truly an honor to welcome onboard Riviera a team with such vast culinary expertise as Drew Nieporent, David Gordon and Ted Rozzi to share their knowledge and experience with our inquisitive, culinary-minded guests,” said Kunal S. Kamlani, the line's president. “Oceania is truly the cruise line for epicureans and I know our guests will love to spend time with these culinary visionaries.”

Riviera and her sister ship, Marina, feature the Bon Appétit Culinary Centers, which are the only hands-on cooking schools at sea. Classes cater to all levels of aptitude from beginner to master-chef level.
