Palais Namaskar Introduces Yuzu Mood Wellbeing
Palais Namaskar, a jewel of the Oetker Collection, will share the wisdom of feng shui, shiatsu and symbols of good fortune with guests in search of wellbeing and inner peace. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample Asian specialities with two pop up restaurants. From Sept.15 to Oct. 15, guests may try Thai cuisine and from Oct. 16 to Nov. 15, guests taste Japanese delicacies and join a master chef to learn the art of sushi. Chefs will also prepare special ‘Yuzu Mood' brunches every Saturday.

Martial arts teacher Fred Evrard leads a world class well-being week from Sept. 23-27, with daily lectures and exercises, guiding guests to a healthy lifestyle. This authentic Asian wellness program is designed for visitors who seek complete relaxation and have the desire to learn about healthy eating and managing stress through meditation.

Those visiting the hotel may also indulge in expert Asian massages, such as foot reflexology and shiatsu, from Oct. 23-30. Foot reflexology is beneficial to both body and mind while shiatsu, which consists of stretching and pressure applied to the entire body, promotes the flow of energy.

With ‘Yuzu Mood,' Palais Namaskar will awaken guests' senses, allowing them to re-energize and regain their emotional and physical balance. These activities will be available to both hotel guests and non-guests by reservation.
