Paris' Hotel Fouquet's Barrière Restaurant Wins Michelin Star
Located in the heart of the hotel and opening up onto a beautiful courtyard garden, Le Diane offers a contemporary interpretation of classic French gastronomy.

This top recognition is a direct result of the expertise and partnership of Jean-Yves Leuranguer, Head Chef of Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière and recipient of the distinguished Meilleur Ouvrier de France award, and Christophe Schmitt, Deputy Chef of Le Diane. Together, Leuranguer and Schmitt have combined a profound knowledge of classic French gastronomy with modern interpretations to create contemporary fare that reveals a subtlety of flavors presented in the most elegant style.

"We are honored to be recognized in this way by such a venerable institution and the award underscores the level of excellence we strive for in all areas of hospitality at the hotel. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Lucien Barrière Hôtels & Casinos group, of which Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière is a member, and this distinction certainly adds to the celebratory atmosphere surrounding that," says Hotel Fouquet's Barriere's General Manager, Fabrice Moizan.
