Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Wine Happening Worldwide March 22-24
Through engaging and interactive programming, resident and visiting gourmands and oenophiles of all ages can become ‘masters' of regional cuisine. Park Hyatt chefs and sommeliers will lead masters-in-training in three hands-on ‘courses' on the designated day, including interaction with artisanal food and beverage purveyors, onsite cooking and prep workshops, and tips on service and presentation.

Examples from the March series:

• Park Hyatt Beijing (pictured above) will host a weekend of wellness to shake off the Chinese New Year holiday indulgences. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chef, personal trainers, and spa therapists to learn how to lead a more healthful and balanced life through incorporating wholesome foods with natural cleansing properties into their everyday lives, spa treatments, and more.

• Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme will fill in guests on the secrets and techniques of making Champagne through an interactive event with Champagne producers. Guests will enjoy a chic aperitif followed by a four course meal paired with Champagne, allowing guests to enjoy a delightful Parisian experience.

• Park Hyatt Tokyo will feature a Japanese whisky pairing menu at New York Grill & Bar. The menu will offer a nonpareil line-up of Japanese whisky selected by the hotels whisky master and paired with dishes created by the hotel's Executive Chef specifically for the event.

• Park Hyatt Sydney will host a hands-on chocolate Easter egg cooking class and painting session with Executive Chef Andrew McKee and his team. After the cooking class, families will enjoy a wine-paired family-style lunch for an egg-citing Saturday morning.
