Bonan played with colors and materials, choosing contrasting tones of opaque grey and dark brown, steel with metal and gold accents, organic wood, and sumptuous textiles to create a harmonious atmosphere. Bonan also focused on the maximization of light with oversized windows and rooms that allow natural light to fill each space and emphasize the property's unparalleled views of the river and surrounding city.
