PUBLIC Chicago Celebrates First Anniversary with Unforgettable Night of Studio 54
The party will be an homage to the renowned New York City club complete with original Studio 54 personalities including DJ Johnny 'Jellybean' Benitez and doorman Mark Benecke. Sirius Radio will broadcast live interviews as well as all the event's music on its Studio 54 Channel, throughout the night.

This is the first time that Schrager has ever hosted a Studio 54 event, despite numerous requests over the years. He brings his first Studio 54 party to Chicago, instead of having Chicago come to New York, as a personal thank you to the city for its generous support and warm reception of PUBLIC and its help in making it the success it has become.

With its unmitigated success, PUBLIC Chicago is the first of many highly anticipated hotels for Schrager's new PUBLIC Hotels brand. With this property, he set out to create a new genre of hotel offering great service, great style and great value…all together for the first time. As home to the hot new Library Bar and Screening Room and as well as the world famous re-imagined Pump Room restaurant and bar with menus by the award-winning Jean Georges Vongerichten, PUBLIC Chicago has been the talk of the town since its opening and has quickly become one of Chicago's hottest hotels.

Schrager will also be joined at the party by good friend Jason Binn, who will be celebrating his new venture, DuJour Magazine, which will be available at the party for guests to enjoy.
