On Saturday, February 14th, the hotel's award-winning restaurants, three of which are Michelin-starred, are all featuring special Valentine's Day menus, highlighted by superb cuisine, attentive yet discreet service and dramatic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island's impressive skyline.

The hotel's three Michelin-starred restaurants, SPOON by Alain Ducasse, THE STEAKHOUSE winebar + grill and Yan Toh Heen, as well as NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong will all be offering romantic set dinners for two, with pre-fixed menus featuring such delicacies as Blue Lobster, assortments of fine Sushi, Jumbo King Prawns, Australian Wagyu Striploin and Tuna Toro, with an array of sweets to finish off the night. Guests looking for an alternative to the traditional Valentine's Dinner are invited to try the property's acclaimed Harbourside restaurant, which will be featuring an elaborate Seafood and Sushi buffet.
The hotel's Lobby Lounge, known for its panoramas and inventive cocktail program, presents the perfect location for couples to begin or end their romantic evening. The libations and views will be complemented by live jazz music and romantic ballads performed by special guest, Amanda Wood and a live jazz quartet, starting at 9p.m.

Guests looking to relax with their loved one can do so with I-Spa Pearl of Love Indulgence for Two, a rejuvenating and romantic experience in the privacy of the spa's Couple's Suite. The treatment includes a 30-minute relaxing Jacuzzi Aroma Bath, followed by a 30-minute Organic Sugar Body Scrub and 60-minute Signature Organic Aroma Massage.

No Valentine's Day would be complete without the gift of flowers and guests are invited to the hotel's NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong, where Naomi Suzuki, a Japanese floral designer will be teaching the art of creating preserved floral arrangements allowing everyone to make something especially for their beloved. The class includes a light breakfast with coffee and pastries as well as a 6-course NOBU lunch following the class.
