Rosewood Little Dix Bay Offers New Wellness Retreats for 2013
Rosewood Little Dix Bay's four-day Wellness Retreats first launched in January 2011, and have grown and improved each year. For summer 2013, the resort will offer new wellness programs such as: healthy cooking classes with Executive Chef Carlos Hannon and new high-intensity fitness techniques such as TRX suspension training.

Rosewood Little Dix Bay's Wellness Retreats include twice-daily classes, rejuvenating breakfast and dinner menus (with take-home healthy recipes) and luxurious treatments at Sense, A Rosewood Spa® to soothe sore muscles. Guests are also provided with free time for customized 1-on-1 consultations with the instructor or for sun-bathing and relaxation on the pristine BVI beaches.

Guests can choose between two wellness tracks: Revitalize, Renew and Refresh Yoga and Frankly Fitness® Immersion. Yoga classes promote balance and strength-building, while the more intense fitness workouts combine strength, flexibility, cardio exercise and core training.
