Azure’s truly delectable dessert menu includes her famous Bea’s Cheesecake with crème fraiche topping, strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries, as well as Bea’s Rice Pudding with salted caramel and caramelized nuts.

Tollman’s traditional Red Carnation signature dishes are perfectly balanced with Chef Pretorius’ modern original cuisine, cumulating in an intriguing menu showcasing both complex international fare and satisfying simple comfort food.
