Scotch-themed Weekend Experience at Destination Kohler

Scotch-themed Weekend Experience at Destination Kohler
Travelers will enjoy an extravagant weekend sipping a variety of high-end Balvenie Scotch, swinging golf clubs at Whistling Straits and smoking Gurkha Cigars al fresco with luxurious accommodations at the Forbes Five-Star The American Club Resort Hotel. The celebration culminates with an inventive scotch pairings dinner at the Forbes Four-Star Immigrant Restaurant with pours of the recently released The Balvenie Fifty Scotch.

Destination Kohler is one of four locations in the United States to receive an allotment of The Balvenie Fifty Scotch. In November 2014 The Balvenie Distillery in Banffshire, Scotland, the most handcrafted single malt producer in the world, released 131 bottles worldwide distributing only 15 bottles to the United States. The Sip. Swing. Smoke. weekend is centered on the opening of Bottle No. 53.

“The Balvenie Fifty is one of the rarest bottles of scotch in the world,” said Jonathan Wingo, The Balvenie Brand Ambassador. “Aged for fifty years in a European oak sherry hogshead by Malt Master David Stewart, The Balvenie Fifty Scotch stays true to the distinctively honeyed character of The Balvenie portfolio with notes of oak and vanilla with a lovely mouth coating sweetness at the end. We knew Destination Kohler, a brand that exudes the same level of sophistication and prestige, was the perfect partner for this momentous occasion.”

The Sip. Swing. Smoke. package includes accommodations for two nights at The American Club Resort Hotel and highlights the following exclusive experiences for a maximum of 12 guests priced at $4,889 per person:
