Scottsdale's Hotel Valley Ho Offers Easter Brunch
Special entrees will be served in addition, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – a Lobster & Crab Salad Sandwich ($16) and Smoked Salmon Quiche ($14). Diners may also enjoy the Bloody Mary Bar from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., where they can make their own cocktail. Dinner will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The regular menu will be offered in addition to a special – Slow-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, creamy horseradish and au jus ($27). The annual Easter Egg Hunt will start at 9:00 a.m. on the ZuZu patio; participants should meet under the pink and purple balloons.
