Scottsdale's Hotel Valley Ho to Host Sebastiani Vineyards Winery Dinner
The special guest for the evening is esteemed winemaker Mark Lyon, whose career in wine spans over 30 years. The restaurant is featuring a four-course menu paired with wines from both Sebastiani and Chateau St. Jean, located in Alexander Valley in the northern area of Sonoma County, California.

Mark and his father bought a 122-acre vineyard in Alexander Valley back in 1980. Mark's hands-on management of the vineyard has allowed him to develop a tremendous knowledge of winegrowing, particularly in Bordeaux varietals. The inaugural release of the 1999 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was the first Sebastiani Vineyards wine to be on the cover of Wine Spectator and to make the publication's "Top 100 Wines of the Year".

The cost is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at 480.421.7997. www.cafe-zuzu.com
