Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo Unveils 10 New Executive Suites
The new elegantly appointed suites offer an indulgent home-away-from-home feel with separate living areas and multiple bathrooms with a bathtub and rain shower. These suites are located in the corners of the hotel for better privacy and face either the Imperial Garden or Tokyo Bay. Each bedroom area has a panoramic view of the dramatic Tokyo skyline.

Whether guests are staying for business or leisure, the suites provide both comfort and a cozy atmosphere. The living area is suitable for intimate business meetings or for relaxation with a friend over afternoon tea.

“After six years of being recognized as one of the best hotels in Japan, we have taken the feedback of our guests to further provide accessible luxury to corporate executives and small families,” said Mr. Jens Moesker, general manager at Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo. “They will find a lot of value in staying in these new suites.”

Guests of these ten Executive Suites, each measuring 68 square meters (about 732 square feet) on floors 31 through 35 of the hotel, will enjoy access to the Horizon Club Lounge, which provides a dedicated concierge service, private lounge and special amenities. The Horizon Club Lounge serves daily breakfast, evening cocktails and canapés, and beverages throughout the day.

Each of the new suites offers a combination of comfort and convenience, including BVLGARI bath amenities. A Bose DVD player and audio systems plus a 42-inch LCD television with satellite cable television offering international channels are installed for guests' media entertainment. Complimentary broadband Internet, including WiFi access, is also available.

The Executive Suites are available now at rates ranging from ¥78,000 (about US $644) per night for double occupancy.
