Take a trip to the sunken kingdoms of Wales with “The Road of Legend”, mixed with apple vodka, Safari liqueur and home-made cinnamon syrup. The “Atlantis” will give you a taste of that mythical island on the first sip of rum, green tea and essence of basil. To really heat things up, sip the “Cibola” a concoction of tequila, mango and jalapeno; created as a tribute to one of the Seven Cities of Gold.

  • Step back in time… The glamorous era of 1920s Europe is evoked at Raffles Beijing, when French style and cuisine were the height of sophistication. Jaan restaurant is a cultured setting for memorable dining and social soirées, just as it was in the 1920s. Jaan’s soaring ceilings, original timber-sprung dance floor and majestic French windows overlooking Chang An Avenue evoke the original atmosphere of the hotel, which opened in 1917 as the capital’s finest meeting place for Chinese and foreign dignitaries. The menu at Jaan highlights executive chef Cyrille Mollé’s modern French bistro classics, created with the finest imported and local seasonal ingredients. Diners can savour France’s most cherished dishes, such as the nine-hour slow cooked duck leg confit with orange gastrique sticky jus, parsley baby potatoes and cabbage fondue ballotine.
