Small Luxury Hotels of the World Launches Hotel Reviews Online
Visitors to slh.com can now read real user reviews to assist with their booking decision. Unlike other review sites, SLH reviews can be wholly trusted because only members of the SLH Club will be invited to submit a review once they have stayed with SLH at least twice.

Reviews, both positive and constructive, appear on the reviews tab on each hotel web page at slh.com along with customer images, videos and top tips. Visit: www.slh.com/club-member-hotel-reviews/

Club members who have stayed with SLH twice or more will be invited, by way of a Welcome Home email, to submit a review about their recent stay. They simply need to log in with their Club membership details and complete the online review form. The review then goes through a gatekeeper and will appear on slh.com on the Reviews tab of the hotel page within three days. Reviews can be trusted because SLH will verify the author using their Club membership details. The hotel will be able to comment on the reviews if they want, SLH will encourage these exchanges. “We want to engage the customer,” comments Paul Kerr, CEO for Small Luxury Hotels of the World™.

Club members will have the opportunity to submit images, videos, details of what they did and didn't like and top tips for future stays. Each hotel will receive a five point rating based on service, accommodation, food and overall experience.

SLH's new online reviews will be a valuable research tool assisting clients in selecting the best hotel for them. A survey earlier this year by travel insurer Hiscox showed that online research for holidays has overtaken recommendations from friends and family as the most popular means of choosing a holiday. Being able to read an accurate, trustworthy hotel review prior to booking will enable SLH clients to make a confident decision about each hotel and they will be able to book secure in the knowledge that they have found the right hotel for their individual needs.
