The interior of the restaurant recalls Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the world-famous fashion destination, along which the hotel stands. The motifs, shapes and fabrics have been chosen with the utmost care, echoing the thorough process of designing a haute couture collection. Gomez celebrates the tradition of Parisian haute couture by decorating the walls with two stunning original photographs by world renowned fashion photographer Cathleen Naundorf.

The atmosphere of a French oasis is further enhanced by a private garden area, complete with ivy-covered walls, beautiful foliage, and decadent tones of gold to contribute to the lush opulence of the space.

Chef Keigo Kimura serves classic French gastronomy with a distinct modern twist, inspired by the best seasonal ingredients. The chef's signature specialties range from scallops with green apple and beetroot saladand a delicate brioche with duck foie gras filling complete with mushrooms, truffles, and oyster-plant couscous to a fillet of lightly cooked John Dory in a fine crust of spices with an emulsion of goat cheese and sweetbreads with perfectly paired sauces.
