St. Bart's The Wall House Restaurant Introduces New Chef and Menu
Chef Teddy Le Roux recently joined the restaurant‘s talented team. Le Roux, who comes from Brittany, France, brings with him a contemporary flair to French cuisine.

Tatin and Le Roux collaborated on a new menu, creating dishes that infuse French cooking with favorite Asian and American cuisines like Lemongrass-skewered local Mahi-Mahi marinated in citrus fruit and served with sautéed leeks and Fresh Local Lobster served with a potato purée and a mesclun salad.

In addition to the French classics, Wall House is ringing the traditional American steakhouse concept to the island. Guests will enjoy some of the island's finest steaks at the restaurant like the Chateaubriand (a filet mignon cooked on a rotisserie) and the Bone in Rib Eye with a whisky signature marinade.

Adding to the entire dining experience are the recent renovations completed over the last few months. They include new décor to the restaurant‘s dining room that provide a more zen like atmosphere. The new renovations have also been a hit among loyal patrons who praise them as giving the restaurant a whole new, modern look and flair.

With all the changes though, the restaurant continues to embrace the culinary traditions that began when Bernard first took over the establishment. It will serve patrons exquisite desserts from its famous dessert trolley, help them pair their meals with wines from its extensive wine list, and offer a complimentary glass of its Homemade Rhum to end the dining experience.

Owned by Bernard and Julien Tatin, the Wall House Restaurant is located in Gustavia, St. Barts in the French West Indies. Located minutes from the city's port, the menu features classic French cuisine to a wide selection of steaks. It also houses one of the largest wine cellar on the island, featuring more than 250 wines. For more information or to make reservations, visit www.wallhouserestaurant.com
