St. Barts Throws the Caribbean’s Best New Year's Eve Celebration

Ring in the New Year in St. Barts with one of the island’s most exceptional holiday celebrations. Villas, hotels, restaurants and the chic shops of Gustavia will be brimming with guests eager to welcome in 2024 and enjoy the perfect weather conditions the destination boasts this time of year.

At midnight above Fort Oscar, the sky will explode with colorful fireworks and the magnificent yachts and boats moored off the island will join the excitement and sound their foghorns in unison – truly one of the most unique New Year’s Eve traditions. Attendees can also enjoy a concert on the docks in Gustavia.

St. Barts’ many notable restaurants will debut special menus for the holiday. A selection of examples may be found below, and more can be found on the hotel and restaurant websites as well.

  • Cheval Blanc: On New Year’s Eve, Le Case and Chef Jean Imbert will serve a special menu of gourmet and refined dishes to the rhythm of a DJ amidst a festively decorated atmosphere. For a more laid-back atmosphere, Le Cabane will also offer a feet-in-the-sand culinary journey: a barbecue on the Flamands Beach.
  • Bonito: Bonito’s skilled team, led by Chef Laurent Cantineaux and Chef Luis Arocha, will serve a sumptuous feast including delicacies such as caviar, truffles, other exquisite delights, and a variety of premium drinks to toast the night. The restaurant will be adorned in stunning decor with dancing to the live music show. The entertainment will include five high-class musicians and entertainers, accompanied by DJ Danny Khas from Mexico City.
  • Nikki Beach: This year, the iconic Nikki Beach is hosting their first-ever one-service lunch event. During this festive gathering, guests can enjoy special decorations, lively tunes from guest DJ’s and saxophone player Al Sax. Lunch packages include a premium food and wine selection carefully crafted by Global Executive Chef Alessandro Pizza. Following the lunch service (from 1 – 6:30 p.m.), Nikki Beach will also host the Deep Sea Disco after party (from 11 p.m. to late).
