St. Lucia's Anse Chastanet, Jade Mountain Named to Top Hotel List
Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet overlook St. Lucia's twin Piton peaks, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Situated in a 600-acre estate with two soft sand beaches bordering coral reefs, Anse Chastanet is the older of the two sister hotels. In the fall of 2006, Anse Chastanet's architect and owner Nick Troubetzkoy completed construction of Jade Mountain. His architectural design featuring individual bridges leading to extravagant infinity pool sanctuaries and rugged stoned-faced columns have established Jade Mountain as one of the Caribbean's most opulent resort experiences.
