Taj Boston Introduces Bollywood Nights
The series begins on Wednesday, November 19 and takes place each month through March 2009.

Discover the enchantment of Indian evenings complete with exotic lighting and décor with jewel-toned draperies, silk pillows, mood-enhancing candles, Bollywood clips on screens, dancing to international selections by a DJ and sip Taj Palace Cocktails, Thandai and Cardamom tea. Choose from Indian specialties created by Chef Prabeen Prathapan including presentations of chicken and lamb kebabs, Pav Bhaji and Pani Puri and a display of babycorn kurumilagu and samosa.

On Wednesday, November 19, The Lounge, which is the original 1927 ballroom, will be transformed into a palace salon as East meets West and the allure of India takes hold for the night. Guest may choose classic Indian culinary delights or Indian Fusion cuisine from a buffet. The cash bar will offer classic cocktails, champagne, wines and signature Taj Palace Cocktails like the Hyderabad Silver Martini, Jaipur Rose Martini and Jodhpur Blue Martini.
