TCS World Travel Hires New Chef for Private Jet Journeys
With more than 30 years in the culinary industry, Sear is responsible for providing a consistent luxury experience, driving dining innovation, design and deployment for TCS World Travel and its partners.

Chef Sear arrives to TCS World Travel from the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, where he was the director of food and beverage and executive chef since 2008. During this time, he worked with the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, through its partnership with TCS World Travel, where he worked on board and behind the scenes with menu creation and service delivery.

Prior to his role with the Four Seasons Hotel, Sear served as the chef and co-owner of Cascadia in downtown Seattle for more than 10 years. Though he'd hoped for a career in graphic design, he got started in the culinary industry at age 11 in the kitchen of a manor house restaurant in his hometown of Old Brownsover, England.

Today as director of food and beverage at TCS World Travel, Sear works to develop a well planned and executed dining experience on the ground and in the air. He develops menus, selects wine and beverage brands for the jets, and vets local suppliers and catering kitchens for onboard meals. He is working with a dedicated team to develop and execute seamless on-board service, hiring and training chefs, influencing crew training and overall in-flight service on TCS World Travel journeys.
