From in-room wellness kits that help decompress after a long trip, to nutritious dining experiences, a variety of wellness-themed services are now offered for guests and non-guests alike.

Every Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30am, celebrated yoga instructor Amy Rose conducts hour-long classes on the hotel's property, priced at $25* and open to the public. Fresh fruit, water, yoga mats and blocks are provided complimentary for all participants.

New wellness kits offered in all suites includes an instructional yoga DVD and all the necessities, such as mats, blocks, stretch bands, Buddhaboards, massage balls and therapeutic oils. Hotel guests can also select from the in-room Yoga and Meditation Menu and choose from five different types of one-on-one instructional classes that refresh, restore and energize.

Healthy Bowls and Beverages

Health-conscious diners at the Cabana Café can now select Acai bowls from the all-day dining menu. Fresh organic ingredients atop nutritious antioxidant packed Acai blends include bananas, apple, toasted coconut, signature granola, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. A fresh pressed juice menu is available poolside, including 24 Carrot Gold (carrot, orange and ginger), and Drop the Beet! (beet, pineapple, cucumber, spinach, cayenne and grapefruit).

Fresh Fitness Center

Recently upgraded and enhanced to best meet the needs of active in-house guests, the Fitness Center features brand new state-of-the-art strength and cardio products that allow for a full connected and balanced workout experience. Complimentary amenities include fresh fruits, bottled water, towels and reading material. Guests who prefer working with a personal trainer may arrange individual sessions through the concierge desk.
