The Beverly Hills Hotel Opens Fireside Lounge
Now open, the new outdoor lounge occupies a plush corner of the outdoor patio of Bar NINETEEN12, creating a relaxed destination amid the luxury of the Dorchester Collection's “Pink Palace.”

The new Fireside Lounge is located on the only uncovered section of the Bar NINETEEN12 patio. Long available for semi-private dinners, the corner has been re-envisioned into a warm and inviting space with chocolate-brown rattan sectional sofas of modern design decked with grey cushions and colorful throw pillows. There is also a single day bed for head-to-toe lounging and a pair of expansive “fire tables” lit with atmospheric flames. Overhead heaters assure warmth during winter months and on chilly evenings after the sun drops into the Pacific. With space for 40, scene makers are welcomed to the Fireside Lounge with Sangria and Margaritas by the pitcherful, as well as the new mixology menu and full new menu of Bar NINETEEN12. Highlights of the new menu include Truffled Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Lobster Tacos and Chicken and Shiitake Mushroom Potstickers. New complimentary bar snacks also include Truffled Popcorn and Marinated Olive Mélange.

With the Golden Age of Cocktails showing no signs of dilution, Bar NINETEEN12 is keeping things interesting with a NEW menu of “Mixology Creations.” Through premium spirits, homemade infusions and daring flavor combinations, the menu features 10 original twists on classic cocktails. New creations run from Smoked Ginger with Tanqueray gin, Canton ginger, lemon juice, homemade honey syrup and orange bitters fashioned in a Laphroig-rinsed cocktail shaker to Strawberry Thyme Collins with Beefeater 24 gin, strawberries, lemon juice and homemade thyme syrup. Other new additions include the Black Mojito, Spanish Manhattan, Cucumber Gin Mojito, Honey Ginger Sour, Velvet Crush, Prickly Pear Margarita, Caribbean Fizz and the 90210.

Bar NINETEEN12 is a standout on the crowded LA lounge scene, with a transformative yet tasteful vibe all its own. During the week, curl up with a cocktail as Hollywood A-listers and tastemakers slip into a relaxed, inviting and even nostalgic setting far from the pulsating clubs of the moment, yet no less glamorous. The energy level perks way up on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with DJLO or DJ Bryan on hand to dazzle the glitterati deep into the night with everything from classic ‘70's funk to the latest club tracks.
