The Coolest Venice Carnival Experience is at PalazzinaG
To celebrate Carnival at one of the most exclusive parties in one of the most atmospheric, elegant parts of Venice, what better place than PalazzinaG, the 5-star hotel designed by Philippe Starck, overlooking the Grand Canal.

Playing on the assumption that at Carnival time anything goes, PalazzinaG has made surprise its byword, by organizing some of this year's most exciting, glitzy and glamorous parties. Colorful masks, bizarre make-up and eccentric disguises will be the order of the day at these nocturnal happenings.

The three different parties offer three diverse, fascinating experiences of the world's most famous Carnival. Just a word of warning: there are only a few places left, and the waiting list is filling up already …

Dedicated to anyone in the Lagoon area on Saturday 22 February is “The Animals” by Corrado's, where guests can let their imagination run riot with the animal mask dress code. The ancient Venetian costume tradition is both playful and charming, and lets party-goers show their true nature. After the jungle-style dinner, the atmosphere will start to heat up from 11p.m. with the tigerish rhythms of a special DJ set that will keep the rooms of PalazzinaG buzzing until dawn.

On Thursday 27 February it's the turn of Red Passion: more than just a party – anything could happen in an atmosphere veiled with mystery and transgression, in which everything is tinged with red, the color of passion. Remindful of pagan and profane celebration, combining glamor with an intriguing dose of mystery, this unmissable event will be an alchemy of Baroque elegance and glitzy, colorful fun, spectacular sets and dazzling costumes.

PalazzinaG will be hosting a dinner and after-dinner with passionate flavors enriched with spicy stage sets to inflame the senses. Dress code: you need to be wearing something red if you want to take part in the most exciting event of Carnival 2014, organized by Madame Ema. Unrivaled entertainment and pleasure guaranteed!

The only rule is to let yourself go, and experience the thrill of transgression in sophisticated and captivating style. It'll be pure entertainment with original performances where participants will be actors and spectators at the same time.

The event in store at PalazzinaG on Friday 28 February is all about eros and sensuality, with Japanese and Indian influences: Saor d'Oriente takes you on a journey among the bittersweet, spicy flavors of the Rising Sun. Chef Paolo Businaro has put together a menu of fusion food inspired by Japanese and Oriental dishes restyled especially for this event, characterized by the exotic, the sensual and the elegant. A feast for the palate and for the eyes, with champagne, dimmed lights and the irresistible enchantment of Oriental style, which also applies to the dress code. From In the Mood for Love to The Last Samurai, guests can spend the evening dancing to the music of a special DJ set by Nicola Zucchi.

The main sponsor for the event is Veuve Cliquot.
