The Greenbrier Announces New Daily Nonstop Service From Washington Dulles and Atlanta
The Greenbrier, the classic American destination resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV, will soon be able to offer its guests from across the Eastern seaboard more flight options, with the launch of Silver Airways nonstop service from Washington, DC's Dulles and Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airports on August 1, 2012.

The new Silver Airways flights from Washington, DC and Atlanta will arrive seven days a week in peak season (from May 1 through October 31) and six days a week in off-peak season (November 1 through April 30) at Greenbrier Valley Airport in Lewisburg, WV. From there, the Greenbrier Shuttle service will greet arriving guests and usher them in just 15 minutes to the resort.

Silver Airways, which currently offers roundtrip weekend service only from Cleveland to Lewisburg, is also pursuing a codeshare agreement with United Airlines, which would provide seamless connections from Lewisburg through the United hub at Washington Dulles to cities across the country.

The new flight service into Lewisburg is in addition to the existing daily service on United from Washington Dulles to Beckley Raleigh County Memorial Airport in Beckley, WV (just 55 minutes from The Greenbrier by car) and from various major markets to Roanoke Regional Airport in Virginia (a spectacularly scenic, 1.5-hour drive from The Greenbrier through Jefferson National Forest). United, US Airways and Delta operate daily nonstop service to Roanoke from New York LaGuardia, Chicago O'Hare, Washington Dulles, Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta and Charlotte.
