The Greenbrier Celebrates 100th Anniversary
In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of its iconic Main Dining Room, Afternoon Tea at The Greenbrier, one of the resort's most time-honored traditions, has moved from the resort's lobby to the centennial dining room.

Now held beneath Dorothy Draper's original custom-designed crystal chandeliers on the Colonnade side of the Main Dining Room, Afternoon Tea at The Greenbrier treats the resort's guests to a delightful selection of freshly prepared pastries and cookies from award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Suteau, while live piano music and dancers provide entertainment for guests of all ages. And in a nod to the centennial celebrations of the Main Dining Room, each day during Afternoon Tea, a different staff member of The Greenbrier (many of whom have been with the resort for 20, 30, 50 years and more) will be acknowledged for his or her long term of service.

Afternoon Tea at The Greenbrier will now be served from 4:00PM until 4:45PM daily and, in continuation of the resort's traditions, the dress code for tea remains resort casual. Afternoon Tea is free of charge to guests of The Greenbrier and members of The Greenbrier Sporting Club and Tennis Club, while non-registered guests may join at a cost of $16 per adult (tax included) and $8 per child (6 to 12 years).
