The Most Fabulous High Tea in the World with Graff Diamonds at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong
Such is the passion evoked by a romantic culinary journey with fine food and wine. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong announces its latest collaboration with Graff Diamonds, the "Most Fabulous High Tea in the World", aptly a tasteful celebration of the finer things in life.

Bound by their world-renowned legacies, both brands are positioned at the pinnacle of the luxury market and are considered to be two of the world's most luxury companies. Both are proud to present a one-of-a-kind treasure trunk, symbol of a rare craftsmanship, filled with a world of masterpiece jewelry, and the epitome of gourmet cuisine created by Executive Chef Peter Find. The experience combines the best of both worlds, dining in the opulent ambience of the highest hotel in the world served by a personal butler, while enjoying a showcase of Graff jewelry hand created in London.

"Afternoon tea has become the definitive Hong Kong afternoon treat; but what makes this collaboration even more memorable is its combination of culinary craftsmanship, precious jewels, the intricate art of luxury trunk making, and most importantly the finest bespoke service by the Ladies and Gentlemen at the highest hotel in the world," said Pierre Perusset, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

The creative chefs have taken inspiration from two of Graff's most famous diamonds Delaire Sunrise and The Graff Pink and created sweet temptations such as hazelnut nougat iced gold, 2002 Dom Pérignon vintage champagne gelee, and Tahitian vanilla financier. Chef Find said, "We are particularly intrigued by the butterfly collection which has a wonderful sense of movement and fluidity. Guests should look out for the different whimsical butterfly elements embedded in the treasure trunk". The trunk tea will also feature some of the most luxurious delicacies such as Osetra caviar smoked salmon rose, foie gras apple, 70% chocolate creameux with black truffles and vanilla panna cotta with bird's nest and gold leaves and more, to be paired with a bottle of 2004 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut and a half bottle of 1998 Chauteau d'yquem Sauterne, and a selection of premium coffee and loose leaf tea presented on exquisite Vera Wang chinaware, Christofle silverware and Baccarat glassware.

In the treasure trunk, an array of beautiful and iconic Graff jewelry and luxury watch collections, together with a wide range of finest quality diamond rings and precious gemstone rings will be showcased. These masterpieces are all designed in house, and set by hand by the master craftsmen, with every stone linked together with invisibly set platinum wires to truly showcase the stunning and fiery gemstones. This remarkable tea experience also offers a glimpse inside the unique business module of Graff Diamonds.

"At Graff we don't follow trends, we do what we do and that's what makes a Graff piece so very special", said Arnaud Bastien, President and Chief Executive of Graff Diamonds Asia. Guests will not only be overwhelmed by hundreds of carats of diamonds and precious gems, they will also be able to try on the jewelry while savouring the gastronomic specialties using the best and most seasonal ingredients shipped from all around the world.
