The Peninsula Beverly Hills has partnered with the celebrated cult whiskey creators, Wolves Whiskey, to launch their own, bespoke artisan crafted whiskey, Table 9. Handmade in California and masterfully blended, Table 9 will be exclusively available at the hotel’s The Club Bar beginning April.
To kick-off the partnership, guests and locals can RSVP to attend the Table 9 paired, four-course meal from the hotel’s new Michelin-starred chef, Ralf Schlegel. This luxury experience will mark the debut of Table 9 and will include a whiskey pairing menu as well as a bottle to take home. The experience is $700 a person and is bookable through Tock or OpenTable.
