Not just a meal, the series features an event that is an entirely new approach to dining. Executive Chef Ahsfer Biju invites guests to dine at the exclusive “Chef's” table for 10 set amidst the elegant lounge. Old neighborhood friends, hotel guests and perfect strangers are brought together once a month for an evening of inventive cuisine.

During the “Chef's Social Club” event, Chef Biju will lead participants on an interactive journey, using his imaginative culinary skills to unveil flavors that come to life like characters in a story. Influenced by his rigorous culinary training and world travels, Chef Biju's innovative cooking style features strong, full flavors that delight the eye and enhance taste sensations, further enhanced by the finest seasonal ingredients. The evening's finale features unique desserts prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Michael Mignano that incorporate tales from his own inspired journeys.

The 2014 summer season menu plays on the theme "Two E Goes To East" with a menu that evokes Eastern and Oriental flavors and the drama of umami with refreshing seasonality. The menu is also designed to pair well with the inventive seasonal mixology cocktail menu, as well as champagnes, wines, beers, teas and refreshing juice blends.

The "Two E Goes To East" menu will be also be available a la carte nightly until September 2014 when a new theme will be introduced for the fall season. The Chef's Social Club is $85 per person, which includes distinctive wines and cocktail pairings as well as a surprise gift. (Price does not include tax and gratuity).

The Chef's Social Club at Two E Bar/Lounge will be held during the following dates this summer and fall, with reservations strongly suggested:
