The Queen of England's 90th Birthday Afternoon Tea
To honor this, The Goring which is located just steps from Buckingham Palace and the only hotel in the world to be granted a Royal Warrant from The Queen, will be serving a special edition of their famous afternoon tea from April 4 throughout the summer.

Created by The Goring's award-winning pastry chefs, The Queen's 90th Birthday Afternoon Tea will include Her Majesty's favorite Fruit Cake, a Choux Bun in Her Majesty's image filled with vanilla butter cream topped with a fluffy pastry crown - and of course The Goring's own twist on The Queen Elizabeth Cake (originally made for HM The Queen's coronation in 1953), a sponge cake covered in desiccated coconut.
