The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain Announces Valentine's Dining & Spa Packages

The offerings will be highlighted by two special menus in CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar, as well as a new Dessert Lounge and three Valentine's weekend spa treatments.

The resort has also unveiled two limited-edition overnight packages for the occasion, including one which features a one-of-a-kind marriage proposal by geocaching, a mountaintop Champagne photo opportunity, and the opportunity to name a star for someone special.

Starry-Eyed Wonder Valentine's Package

Designed to provide the ultimate romance adventure, Starry-Eyed Wonder is designed for those who love the outdoors and want to convey their love – or propose marriage – via a GPS-guided geocaching adventure, complemented by several more indoor and outdoor Valentine's highlights. Pre-Valentine's Couple's Sharing Menu
$90 per couple plus tax and gratuity
This special pre-Valentine's romance menu is designed to be shared on the evening before Valentine's Day and will feature four courses featuring Fanny Bay Oysters, Diver Scallops, Steak Rossini and Chocolate Raspberry Passion Cake. The Sharing Menu is offered in addition to the restaurant's regular dinner menu.

Valentine's Dinner
$95 per adult, $40 per child under 12, plus tax and gratuity
CORE's three-course Valentine's Dinner Menu features several special à la carte selections as well as the restaurant's popular Chocolate Decadence Dessert Buffet. Entrée choices include Dry-Aged Beef Tenderloin, Pan-Seared John Dory and Colorado Lamb Loin.

Dessert Lounge
$25 per person plus tax and gratuity
The resort's new Dessert Lounge presents a sweet array of temptations, including chocolate sculptures, an ice cream bar dipping station, spectacular dessert creations and a Hot Chocolate Concierge. Optional Champagne choices are available by the glass or bottle.

February 14 and 15, Cayton's Burger Bistro
Located at the nearby Golf Club at Dove Mountain, Cayton's will celebrate romance with three special milk shakes, offered in addition to its full menu or burgers, shakes, salads and updated favorites. Featuring French vanilla bean ice cream, the French Kiss is served with two straws. The Broken Heart is highlighted by broken conversation hearts blended with sweet cream ice cream, while the Red and Pink contains not only rich chocolate ice cream but also malted milk and Valentine M&Ms®.

THE RITZ-CARLTON SPA

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dove Mountain has introduced the following day-packages for February 14 through 16, with each package to include a take home spa gift and 10 percent savings on spa retail purchases on the day of treatment. The spa offers a relaxed boutique shopping experience for Valentine's gifts as well as the ability to purchase The Ritz-Carlton Gift Card – an ideal choice for Valentine's Day. Available in varying denominations, The Ritz-Carlton Gift Card may be used throughout The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain and at other Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts.

Be My Valentine features a Ritz-Carlton Signature Massage or Facial and The Dove Mountain Manicure and Pedicure. It is priced at $255 plus 20% gratuity. Yes, Dear includes The Ritz-Carlton Signature Massage or Facial and a Gentleman's Hand and Foot Grooming treatment and is priced at $245 plus tax and 20% gratuity. The romantic Be Mine is highlighted by The Ritz-Carlton Together couple's massage, a complimentary scalp massage enhancement and two refreshing mimosas. It is priced at $320 per couple, plus 20% gratuity.

Resort and local guests aged 18 years and above who purchase any treatment will receive complete access to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, including usage of the luxurious relaxation facilities and entry to the spa's private, infinity-edged serenity pool and tanning island.
