The Sea Pines Resort Receives Golf Digest Editors' Choice Award
The legendary Lowcountry destination joins notable properties like Pebble Beach Resorts, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Keswick Hall & Golf Club on the prestigious list. The resort's iconic Harbour Town Golf Links was recently ranked No. 2 in Golfweek's "Best Places You Can Play State-by-State” in South Carolina. The Inn & Club at Harbour Town – its 60-room boutique hotel – is currently rated No. 5 in Conde Nast Traveler's “Best Hotels in the U.S.”

The Sea Pines Resort has made a series of recent multi-million dollar property investments including its magnificent new 44,000-square-foot Harbour Town Clubhouse. The 23,000-square-foot Plantation Golf Club, serving its Heron Point by Pete Dye and Ocean courses, was awarded the 2015 “New Clubhouse of the Year” by Golf Inc. The new family-friendly 25,000-square-foot Sea Pines Beach Club showcases an inviting seaside dining atmosphere with breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

Heron Point, the ideal companion layout for Harbour Town, was recently named “Golf Course of the Year” by the South Carolina Golf Course Owners Association. The Ocean Course will reopen later this year after a complete reconstruction by Love Golf Design – the architecture firm including PGA TOUR star Davis Love III, his brother Mark, and architect Scot Sherman.
