The resort's signature restaurant, Francis Mallmann's Siete Fuegos (Seven Fires) showcases Argentina's famous beef and serves inspired regional cuisine from chef Mallmann's honed collection of open-flame cooking techniques. Additionally, The Vines Resort & Spa features a 100+ square meter infinity pool with private cabanas, and in March will open an elevated state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the vineyards. A variety of outdoor adventures are also offered, including yoga, horseback riding, hiking, biking, cooking lessons, wine tasting and wine education. In mid-2014, The Vines will also unveil its 15,000 square foot Spa, offering customized, multi-sensory experiences and featuring custom fragrances created by Argentine perfume lab FUEGUIA 1833.

Designed by renowned Argentine architects Bormida & Yanzon, the resort features 22 spacious one and two-bedroom Villas with three distinct floor plans, ranging from 1,000 to 2,700 square feet. Villas are inspired by the rustic natural beauty of the Uco Valley and feature ample indoor and outdoor living spaces with expansive views of the Andes and vineyards at every turn.
