Thursday Night Wine Dinners Return to Taj Boston
One Thursday per month, 15 guests have the opportunity to experience one of the world's finest wine regions as interpreted by a noted winemaker. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. in the hotel's intimate wine cellar where Taj Boston Sommelier Riccardo Coluzzi leads a lively tasting of four selected wines by the same producer. At 7 p.m., conversation and tasting continue in The Café with its views of fashionable Newbury Street. Each of the four courses in the seasonal Chef's Dinner designed by Executive Chef Michael Mondato perfectly complements one of the evening's four featured wines.

Limited to 15 guests, the Wine Dinner is $65 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuities). To ensure a most relaxed experience, simply take the elevator “home” to your luxurious accommodations for the evening, available from $295 per night. Guests arriving in Jaguar and Land Rover motorcars enjoy complimentary valet parking for the evening or overnight.
