Vermont's Twin Farms Features Farm-to-Table Cuisine
At the all-inclusive property, Chef Ted Ask customizes each meal based on guest's personal food preferences and the freshest local ingredients of that day. Menus don't exist at Twin Farms. Like the art and design throughout the property, each dish is a delightful surprise.

Currently, the gardens at Twin Farms include 10 to 12 varieties of lettuce, an asparagus patch, and herbs such as lavender, chives and thyme. Chef Ted supplements the produce with frequent trips to nearby organic farms, which he calls “an extension of the kitchen walk-in.” Hand in hand with Pastry Chef Christopher Wilson they make the breads, ice creams, pastas and soups from scratch, and everything from the grass-fed beef to the organic vegetables are raised and grown naturally in the area. Twin Farms also works with two wildcrafters who take local sourcing to the next level by foraging for morels and other delectable ingredients on property.

Wine Manager Eric Reichenbach creates pairings based on the daily creations of the culinary team, so guests can revel in the surprise or determine their own wine experience each day. The 20,000-bottle wine cellar–anchored by the best French and California red and white wines along with selections from Italy, Spain, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Washington, and Oregon–complements the all-inclusive experience at Twin Farms. Oenophiles will appreciate the extensive Reserve Wine list which can be ordered from for an additional price and includes Dom Perignon, Ornellaia, Penfolds Grange, Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Harlan, Dominus, Colgin, Peter Michael, Quilceda Creek, David Arthur Elevation 1147, and Screaming Eagle to name a few.

To highlight and supplement the cuisine, Twin Farms hosts culinary events throughout the year. From September 12-16, they host their annual Harvest-to-Table event, where guests will tour local farms, meet with expert cheesemakers to learn about Vermont artisan cheese, and learn about the art of wildcrafting, while also enjoying the freshest fall foods from the TwTwin Farms kitchen.
