Vamizi Private Villa Collection launches two brand new villas, Autumn 2014

In response to the demands of guests of Vamizi Lodge, four Vamizi Private Villas have been built over the last few years, and this autumn 2014 they open two further brand new Private Villas in the Collection.

Tartaruga Private Villa, Launches, September 2014

The six airy pavilion-style private villas are designed by award-winning South African architects renowned for their commitment to creative design, sustainable development, and responsible tourism. Their unique style of architecture draws on the multi-cultural influences of Mozambique, and use locally sourced materials to ensure complete integration with the landscape.
The private villas are perfect for family groups, friends travelling together or couples wanting their own hideaway. Each villa is uniquely designed in its own elegant style with en-suite bedrooms, spectacular drawing and dining rooms, and peaceful lounging spaces around plunge pools or the beach. Each private villa is set in its own three to four acre plot with private beach access to over 100 meters of private beachfront.
Accommodation includes an exclusive private villa, full board with private chef, housekeeping, car with driver and security, all soft drinks and bottled water, daily laundry service, dedicated private villa manager, guided activities including sea kayaking, birding, guided nature walks, beach picnics, dhow sailing, and hobie cat and dingy sailing. A dedicated team will look after guests every need offering tailor made menus, activities and trips around this magical island. Additional activities can be arranged including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, whale watching, snorkeling and PADI courses as well as spa treatments, massages and yoga.
