Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts Bring True Waldorf Service to Sundance Film Festival
The partnership coincides with the rollout of True Waldorf Service, the latest Waldorf Astoria service platform that extends the legendary personal service principles that were first born at the flagship Waldorf Astoria property in New York to the now more than twenty Waldorf Astoria hotels and resorts worldwide, including Waldorf Astoria Park City.

As filmmakers, fans and actors make their way to Park City, Utah and the world watches from afar, True Waldorf Service will come to life for the 2013 Sundance Film Festival through:

• Waldorf Astoria at the Festival: From January 18 to January 26, festival goers can visit the Waldorf Astoria booth at the Main Street space between 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Visitors who sign up for Hilton HHonors or provide their HHonors number can win a number of prizes daily, including room nights at Waldorf Astoria hotels and resorts worldwide, $100 gift cards for the Waldorf Astoria Spa at Waldorf Astoria Park City, and Sundance Film Festival/Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts limited edition luxury robes.

As part of the True Waldorf Service hotel experience, a personal concierge assigned to each qualified guest acts as the guest's primary contact – before, during and after a stay – to guarantee every want and request is met.

As an additional element of the sponsorship, the Hilton Worldwide LightStay Sustainability Award, first introduced in 2012, will once again support the Sundance Institute Documentary Film Program and Fund's full range of year-round activities, which includes awarding grants to documentary film projects that focus on sustainability issues.
